GFI HVAC Foam Rubber Insulation Pipe is a flexible and durable insulation solution made from high-quality NBR/PVC (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber and Polyvinyl Chloride). It is specifically designed to deliver outstanding thermal insulation for pipes and ductwork in HVAC systems.
Ideal for both hot and cold water lines, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration applications, this insulation tube helps maintain consistent temperatures within the system, significantly reducing energy loss and enhancing operational efficiency.
Manufactured using a specialized foaming process, GFI HVAC Rubber Insulation Pipe feature a fully closed-cell structure. This design provides superior thermal insulation performance, excellent moisture resistance, and long-lasting durability-even in high-humidity or high-temperature environments.
GFI HVAC offers a wide range of rubber foam insulation products with various materials, surface finishes, and color options. Designed to adapt flexibly to diverse customer requirements, our insulation solutions ensure excellent performance while meeting aesthetic and functional needs across different projects.
Key Features:
Made from premium NBR/PVC material
Closed-cell foam structure for superior insulation
Excellent resistance to moisture, heat, and UV
Flexible and easy to install around pipes and fittings
Available in various wall thicknesses and inner diameters
Applications:
Widely used in HVAC systems (copper pipe, ductwork insulation), refrigeration pipelines, chilled water piping, and industrial fluid transport systems.

No. | Installation Guideline | Description |
---|---|---|
1 | Seal Seams and Joints | Use adhesive to ensure airtight bonding at all seams and joints. |
2 | Insulate Fittings | After pipe installation, insulate all tees, elbows, valves, and flanges to the specified thickness. |
3 | Avoid Excessive Pressure | Gently compress interfaces when applying adhesive for a proper seal. Avoid applying too much pressure. |
4 | Installation Order | Install in the following sequence: large pipes → small pipes → elbows and tees → straight sections → valves and flanges. |
5 | Bonding at Gaps | For chilled water or refrigeration systems, fill and bond any gaps between rubber tubes and metal pipes. Bonding width must be ≥ insulation thickness. |
6 | Seam Positioning | Position seams in inconspicuous areas. Stagger adjacent seams to prevent thermal bridging. |
7 | System Operation | Do not install insulation while the system is running. Wait at least 36 hours after installation before starting the system. |
8 | Large Tube Cutting | For oval-shaped large tubes, cut along the flatter side to ensure easier and more accurate installation. |
Since 2011, GFI HVAC has been dedicated to the HVAC industry, beginning with galvanized duct (GI duct) and pre-insulated duct manufacturing. Over the past 13 years, we have steadily expanded our operations, establishing and investing in new production facilities to enhance our capabilities.
Today, GFI HVAC operates three duct production line(GI Duct, Spiral Duct, PID Duct) and a dedicated manufacturing site for air vents and dampers. Additionally, we have strategically invested in rubber insulation and flexible duct factories, further strengthening our ability to provide integrated solutions for HVAC projects.
Beyond factories and workers, we also have well-established trade and logistics departments. In business management, GFI HVAC values humanity and shared beliefs. We firmly believe that GFI HVAC is not just a manufacturer but a company driven by human-centric values and a strong collective vision.
GFI HVAC provides advanced HVAC solutions to hospitals, factories, airports, stadiums, commercial complexes, and engineering contractors in over 50 countries worldwide. Additionally, GFI actively participates in international HVAC exhibitions in China, Thailand, Vietnam, and beyond, staying at the forefront of industry trends and fostering deep collaborations with global clients.
