Aluminum alloy diffusers and grilles are crafted through precision cutting, punching, coating, and assembly. This method offers exceptional durability and design flexibility, allowing for customized solutions without substantial additional costs.
In contrast, ABS plastic grilles and diffusers are produced through injection molding, a process that requires the development of specialized molds. While this ensures consistency and high-quality finishing, it also means that custom sizes may involve mold fees, making small-batch customization less cost-effective.
